Four 1/4 pound franks per pack. The cooking time for venison franks is about the same as for other franks, whether boiled or cooked on a grill. We add a little pork so that they remain moist. Compared to regular franks they contain less fat, have a meatier texture, and their taste is superior. Venison franks make an excellent addition to your campfire cuisine.
