2 lbs ground venison
2 large onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
18 oz tomato juice
28 oz can whole tomatoes, mashed
16 oz can whole kernel corn
4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 cup water
10-3/4 can beef broth
2 tsp chili powder (or more for taste)
2 small zucchini, sliced
2 tbsp margarine
Brown meat, onions and garlic in margarine in large heavy kettle. Add complete contents of cans of tomato juice, tomatoes, corn, chilies, and beef broth. Add water and chili powder.
Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for one hour.
Add zucchini and simmer another 10 minutes.
